No Purchase or Fee is necessary to Enter or Win. A Purchase will not increase your chances of winning against competing tiers.
Giveaway, contest, prize draw, sweepstakes or competition, for the purpose of the following rules, means a procedure for distributing anything of value by lot or chance. No skills are required.
All procedures are solely games of chance. Under any applying laws of the United Kingdom and United States of America, giveaway, contest, prize draw, sweepstakes or competition referred hereafter means giveaway under these terms and conditions.
Prohibited Actions: Nex-Trove, in its sole discretion, may disqualify from any service, refuse to award points or prizes, and/or require the return of any prizes from a giveaway participant who engages in conduct that Nex-Trove deems to be illegal, improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of our services, including the website or in any way detrimental to other participants, or that violates these Terms of Use. Such misconduct includes, but it not limited to, falsifying personal information required to use the website or to claim a prize. Employing 'AdBlocking' Third-Party Extensions as a free user. Violating any of these Terms of Use, accumulating points or prizes through unauthorized methods such as the use of automated scripts or other automated means; tampering with the administration of the website or any of our services or trying in any way to tamper with the computer programs associated with the website or any of Our Services; obtaining other participants information for purposes of spamming them or interfering with their entry; and abusing our services, including the Website in any way. You further acknowledge that the forfeiture or return of any prize shall in no way prevent Nex-Trove from pursuing civil or criminal proceedings in connection with your misconduct in extreme conditions.
Awarding of Prizes: After each giveaway ends, points/prizes may be awarded in accordance with the giveaway's rules. Prizes for each giveaway are listed at the outset of the giveaway and are not subject to change based on the number of participants or total entries for that giveaway.
Prize Calculations: Winners are based on giveaway results as of the time when Nex-Trove totals final scoring. After prizes are awarded Nex-Trove's decisions are final, unless: in case of non-prize claimants giveaway winners will either be redrawn or carried over into next weeks/months giveaways at Nex-Troves discretion, or when the winners prize cannot be delivered or activated based on, but not limited to, their geographical location.
Claiming Prizes: Winners are posted on the Website and/or notified within twenty-four hours. A winner's failure to comply with such requests within the time stated can result in disqualification. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner or withholding of the prize. Taxes and all other charges, costs or other expenses associated with the receipt or use of the prize are of the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners must claim the prize within 5 days of the date of notification. The prizes will be sent to the winners within two weeks after the winners have accepted their prize, or as soon as the prize is available. Should any Participant's contact details change during the giveaway period, it is the Participant's responsibility to notify Nex-Trove. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Nex-Trove. Should the winner fail to respond or claim the prize within 5 days of the date of notification or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner will be disqualified, and time permitting, an alternate winner may be selected at Nex-Trove's sole discretion.
Payments: All payments (if any) made to the winner shall be proceeded through PayPal. The winners PayPal account information will only be requested after notification of giveaway victory, where necessary. Should the winner not have an active PayPal account, the prize may be forfeited entirely.
Replacements: If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, Nex-Trove at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute, and where necessary delay, the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of about equal, or higher, value and/or specification. Potential replacements are, but not limited to, gift cards, game platform gifting, paypal balance, and alternative games, peripherals, hardware, game point cards.
The prizes are as shown in the 'Giveaway-Info' header and/or 'Giveaway-Info' description. Only 1 of the 'Giveaway-Info' Quantity is winnable per Participant. Participant's can win multiple different giveaways at once, but not multiple of the same giveaway. Prizes are sourced from, but not limited to, official vendors, partners, community members, sponsored companies.
Each entry is separate and adds 1 Token. If subscribed each entry adds Tokens equal to Token Boost subscription perk. Participating in sharing Facebook or Twitter adds 1 additional Token for each platform shared on. Tokens are entries. Tokens scale in a cumulative, not linear, manner making the more collected result in a higher chance of winning. The Token cap for every giveaway can be reached without needing to subscribe, share on social media or return every day of the week.
Winners are selected at random by an algorithm. No winners are selected manually.
All Nex-Trove giveaways are free to enter. Subscribers do not gain any advantages over free users. All subscription benefits are of convenience and do not provide an outcome advantage over other competing tiers.
Any individual involved in the development and/or operation of Nex-Trove cannot enter or win giveaways. This does not include any Nex-Trove partners or affiliates.
To the extent permitted by law, Nex-Trove, its officers, employees, agents, representatives and related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, personal injury, death, loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or damage) suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to arising as a result of any negligent act or omission) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with:
(i) any giveaway (including participation or attempted participation in the giveaway); (ii) the Prize (including use or attempted use of the Prize and/or assembly or attempted assembly of the Prize); (iii) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Nex-Trove's control); notably impeding access and/or registration of a Nex-Trove account, and/or to complete/register and send the entry form if any, and more widely to participate in any giveaway (iv) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference; (v) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Nex-Trove); and/or (vi) any Prize that is late, lost, damaged or misdirected in transit.
Without limiting these Rules, Nex-Trove is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the Participant or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in any giveaway, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of any giveaway. If for any reason a giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of Nex-Trove, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway,
Nex-Trove reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway, as applicable. In any case, neither Nex-Trove nor any other person or party associated with this running this giveaway shall be liable for any indirect loss or damage whatsoever or any of profits suffered in connection with any Participant's participation in this giveaway.
Nex-Trove reserves the right to cancel or postpone the giveaway without liability upon the occurrence of events or circumstances beyond its control. Nex-Trove is entitled to disqualify and to take such other action as may be appropriate, any Participant or winner who, in Nex-Trove's reasonable view, has or may have tampered or interfered with the entry process, violated these Rules and/or Specific Terms, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. All of Nex-Trove's decisions relating to giveaway and/or awarding prizes are final, and no correspondence will be entered.
As gambling and/or some kind of giveaway might be prohibited in some territories subject to certain conditions by national laws, each Specific Terms may specify applicable restrictions in order to comply with these national laws. Under no circumstances shall Nex-Trove be held liable if the Participant does not comply with these restrictions.
All brands and trademarks cited are the sole property and/or are registered by their respective owners.
All forms of Tokens are fake currency that are only available and usable on www.nex-trove.com and its subdomains.
By not contributing to ad revenue, as a free user, we reserve the right to exclude those who intentionally enter giveaways with active Website altering third-party ad blocking extensions. Including, but not limited to, AdBlock / uBlock etc. Please refer to 'Prohibited Actions' section.
Subscriptions are only eligible for refund within 5 days of the date of purchase.
To register on Nex-Trove you need to enter an email address and password, and you need to agree to these ToS. Since Nex-Trove uses your email address to look up your account information, and to send you password change requests and other useful Information you should be sure to use a valid email address when registering. You should also keep your email address up to date using the 'Edit Account' page. If you use an invalid email address, you may find it difficult to retrieve your password, get customer service and claim prizes. Users of the Service must provide their real names and information and, in order to comply with this, all users must commit to the following rules when registering an account:
(i) You must not provide any false personal information or create an account for anyone other than yourself.
(ii) When you enter a first name for your account, Nex-Trove reserves the right to remove or replace as we believe appropriate.
Name, First Name, Username and Nicknames may be removed for any reason or no reason including but not limited to (i) a violation of another section of these requirements, (ii) any otherwise prohibited use, or (iii) any possible violation of Nex-Trove's or a third party's rights including trademarks, trade names, or other identifying information or (iiii) offensive names.
Name Replacement: If your entered name is deemed required for change it will not be changed inside your account and/or the corresponding giveaway data tables. Names will only be changed when they are viewable to other users, for example the Winners page, to keep our website to a high standard. Using irregular and/or offensive names will not cause disqualification or any form of punishment.
