How do Trove Tokens work?
Trove Tokens are the only method of increasing your chances of winning a giveaway. These can be earned by sharing on social media, returning over the giveaways duration, or becoming a subscriber.
The amount of entries added by Trove Tokens is cumulative, not linear, and changes depending on the giveaway tier. This makes the higher Tokens even more rewarding to those who choose to invest the time in collecting them.

How does Nex-Trove choose what to giveaway?
Giveaways are generally chosen by how recent their release was. Upcoming prizes, that will release during the giveaways entry period, are also frequently chosen.
Furthermore, all giveaway entries are monitored to discover which prizes are the most wanted.
The most popular prizes will have multiple appearances over the weeks, or months, until interest lowers or another blockbuster release replaces it.
How are giveaway prizes sourced?
We never use questionable grey marketplace websites, such as G2A or Kinguin.
Everything comes from our first-party suppliers, or is gifted through the official platform the prizes appear on e.g Steam.
How do the social media Trove Tokens work?
You earn 1 Token for sharing on Facebook and 1 Token for sharing on Twitter.
These Tokens are applied to all giveaways you choose to enter, and will last for the duration of those giveaways.
For example: you will only need to share once per week for Rare giveaways, once every two weeks for Epic giveaways, and once per month for Legendary giveaways.
Which region are giveaways valid in?
The majority of giveaways are 'Global'. In rare cases, where we cannot guarantee a prize will be usable in or delivered to a specific region, we will display a warning on the Giveaway Info page.
Our primary operating regions are: Europe and North America. If you are from these regions you will never see any warnings displayed.
Furthermore, a 'Region Warning' doesn't mean you cannot enter, it just means you may encounter a problem relating to the prize.
Despite this, Nex-Trove will do everything we can to solve any issues that arise.

How do pre-orderable game giveaways work?
Pre-ordered giveaway prizes are identical to any other giveaway prize.
All you need to do is ensure you claim your prize when the giveaway ends and we will take care of the rest.
Your prize will delivered on the games official release date (or gifted prior).
When do new giveaways appear?
New Weekly giveaways (Rare) will appear every Saturday @ 12:00 UTC.
New Bi-Weekly giveaways (Epic) will appear every second Saturday @ 12:00 PM UTC.
New Monthly giveaways (Legendary) will appear on the last Saturday of every month @ 12:00 UTC.
When does giveaway entry end?
Weekly giveaway (Rare) entry ends each Friday @ 23:59 (00:00) UTC.
Bi-Weekly giveaway (Epic) entry ends every second Friday @ 23:59 (00:00) UTC.
Monthly giveaway (Legendary) entry ends on the Friday before the last Saturday of every month @ 23:59 (00:00) UTC.
What do the giveaway tiers mean?
Rare giveaways are Weekly and consist of games and game point cards.
Epic giveaways are Bi-Weekly and can consist of games, game point cards and peripherals.
Legendary giveaways are Monthly and can consist of games, game point cards, peripherals and hardware.
When will my subscription be applied?
Your subscription will be applied instantly in 99.9% of cases. If your subscription is not active following the checkout please contact us ASAP.
In rare cases PayPal or Stripe may flag your payment as a 'fraud risk'. If this occurs we will investigate and take the necessary actions, by either 'Refunding' your payment or 'Accepting' and applying your subscription.
What are the benefits of registering a free account?
Having an account allows you to easily track your giveaway progress, quickly enter giveaways, and unlock Bi-Weekly and Monthly giveaways.
An account is also required to become a Nex-Trove subscriber.
How can I change who I'm supporting?
Following an URL from a Nex-Trove Partners channel or website will automatically connect your account to them. Alternatively, you can manually type the URL e.g www.nex-trove.com/partner/.
If you wish to remove your current Partner connection you can do so through the 'Edit Account' page, or delete the cookie from your browser (trove_partner).
Where can I send you feedback regarding Trove?
If you have any feedback or ideas you can send them to us here. Aside from helping Nex-Trove improve you will also be rewarded for any implemented changes, fixes or additions that result from your feedback.
Why do I see Advertisements for 'X'?
This is due to Google AdSense choosing what ads to display based on what it believes is most relevant to your interests.
If you see any ads you feel are out of place, or offensive etc, please contact us so we can forward them to Google to investigate further.

What time do you usually perform maintenance?
Maintenance, if necessary, is generally done in the mornings (08:00-10:00 UTC) to minimize the impact on users.
Why isn't your website functioning properly?
Nex-Trove is designed for modern browsers. If you are using Internet explorer or a very out of date browser (older than 2016) you may experience issues.
Please ensure you have Javascript enabled and you are allowing cookies.
How do I know if I've won a giveaway?
The quickest way to find out if you've won a giveaway is to check your email. Emails will be sent out as soon as the winners are drawn.
You will only be contacted by an official email account e.g [email protected]. We will never ask you for your password or anything unrelated to delivering you your prize.
Alternatively, you can check the Winners page which shows all winners from the previous weeks giveaways. However, this page is not updated until after new giveaways go live.
Are the usernames on the Winners page unique?
We show the winners usernames, however these account usernames are not unique.
This means it is entirely possible for you to see a duplicate username, albeit very unlikely.
To confirm it is you who won, you must be logged in when you visit the Winners page, as this will highlight your username.
As always, checking your email is the fastest and best method for confirming your victory.
Why are usernames not unique?
If we had a unique username system it would either require every would-be entrant to create an account prior to entering, or require all entrants to think of a unique username
when they enter. Neither options are ideal.
Our focus has always been on streamlining the tedious form-filling process as much as possible, and this allows us to do so without having any impact on our ability to award and deliver prizes.
As long as your email is correct you will experience no issues claiming your prize.
I won a giveaway but I wasn't in the recommended region?
In extreme cases, where it's impossible for you access your prize, we can reward the currency equivalent in place of the product so you can purchase it in your region.
When it comes to peripherals and hardware prizes, delivery will be done on a case by case basis.
If all potential options fail the prize will be forfeited and the winner redrawn.
What happens if a prize isn't claimed?
Winners have 7 days to claim their prize(s). If these prize(s) are not claimed within the allotted time frame the prize will be forfeited and the winner redrawn.

What methods are used in delivering prizes to winners?
All game prizes and game point card prizes will be delivered to the email address used in giveaway entry.
When it comes to peripherals and hardware your physical address will be requested when we first notify you of your win.
Once you have replied with a valid address your prize will be dispatched to you.
