"You" and "Your" means you, the customer using the site and/or services (Subscriptions/Giveaways). "Us" or "We" or "Our" or "Trove" or "Nex-Trove" or "The Nexwork" refers to us, the operators of Nex-Trove.
Additionally, the cookies of other third-party vendors or ad networks may also be used to serve ads on Nex-Trove.
The information we collect from analytics helps us understand how people arrive at the sites and from what source. You can learn more about Google Analytics or opt out if you wish.
These services provide social buttons and sharing links such as the "Like", "Share" and "Tweet" buttons on the giveaway page. We do not control any of the codes for these buttons as it is the embedded code of the respective company. We do not have access to any of your social media information.
When you sign up for any Nex-Trove service, paid or free, we will record specific personal information about you, such as your name and email address, that you provide during sign up. We also log account and transaction history for accounting purposes, and to monitor business activities.
We may send you email surveys regarding Nex-Trove to further improve the service based on your feedback. There will never be any spam and you are free to opt out of any 'Email Lists' whenever you like. Furthermore, your email address will never be provided to any third parties.

Nex-Trove never sets any cookies that track or record your actions outside of Nex-Trove.
We use a variety of payment providers for subscriptions. These payment processing companies will have access to your personal and payment information. When paying by credit card, myself, at Trove, does not ever have any access to your credit card details.
The third parties we use for payments are Stripe and PayPal. This section will be updated as more are added in the future.
Nex-Trove never sees, or can access, any of your payment details outside of your name, country and e-mail which you provide on sign up.

However, you are responsible for keeping your password and user details confidential. We will never ask you for your password, so please do not give it out to anyone.
Entry is conditional on providing an email and name or username only. Nex-Trove is collecting the Participant's personal information for the purposes of conducting the giveaway and notifying and displaying winners.
The Participant's personal information (postal address information) will only be requested in the event of the Participant winning a peripheral or hardware giveaway. A Participant's personal information (postal address information) will only be disclosed to representatives and agents acting on behalf of Nex-Trove or assisting Nex-Trove in the administration of any giveaway, including Prize suppliers and deliverers, for sponsored giveaways fulfilled by said partner. Following dispatch, or where necessary delivery, this information will be deleted.
All personal data collected in the framework of a giveaway, shall be processed by Nex-Trove as data processor pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation of April 14th 2016 (here in after referred to as the 'GDPR'). Pursuant to the GDPR, each Participant has, among others, a right to access, amend and object to all nominative personal data and can exercise this right by contacting us.
